Joseph called me immediately after I requested for service on my problem from Home Advisor. When I explained to him my problem, he also took the time to explain to me about what and how he would do to help me. On the day of the service, Joseph and his team, Paul and Johnny are very friendly and professional. They did the work fast, were very honest about the whole matter, and charged for their service very reasonably. It’s always good to find someone in the service industry you can trust. Joseph would be my plumber for most, if not all, of my future plumbing projects.

We hired SoCal/Joseph to do a hydro blasting of our home and our rental home to clear for tree roots. It is a preventative maintenance that we do. This came with a 1 year warranty. He also went inside the rental to clear a clogged tub. It seems a few hair ties snuck their way down the drain. Very professional, polite and hard working. The job was done very efficiently and he cleaned up once completed.

Johnny was very courteous, friendly, polite and professional. Most of all he was very considerate and clean. We have an expensive wood floor and wore protective covering over his shoes to prevent our floor from getting dirty. His work was superb!
